Returns

Our return policy is active for 15 days after you receive your order. We cannot accept return requests after 15 days from the delivery date.

We guarantee the quality of the products we offer. Any product received not as described can be returned for a full refund. Please note that some hand-made and hand-painted products may not appear exactly as pictured and may vary in their exact size, color, and pattern due to the inexact nature of the crafting process. Therefore, these minor variations should not be considered defects. For health safety, tea is not accepted for return for any reason that is not our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at support@dazzle-deer.com for a return address.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs and shipping arrangements for returning the item. Please note that the original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
